Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full treatment fee.
This policy also applies to gift voucher bookings.
For pregnancy clients, there is no cancellation fee in the event of labour, however please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
