I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, AOR, the professional body governing certified practitioners.
Having been a pharmacy adviser for many years, I wanted to find a way to help people in a more natural and holistic way. I found this through Reiki, learning Complementary Therapies and specializing in Reflexology with Louise Keet, renowned Reflexologist and author of "The Reflexology Bible"; Ziggie Bergman, the award winning facial reflexologist and creator of Zone Face Lift; and Lone Sorensen, Founder and Director of the International Institute of Reflex therapy sorensensistem tm concept.
My clients' health and well-being needs are very important to me as a result, a large percentage of my work comes from regular clients and recommendations. Over the years, I have treated many well-known clients throughout salons, or some of the 1st class Mobile Massage Platforms in London and also privately, and my discretion is always assured.
My desire is to help people get back on track, physically and mentally so they are able to get on with what they love in life. It's not just about pampering but getting real results in improving and maintaining individual wellbeing.
All the treatments I provide can help relieve a wide range of physical and mental ailments from back, neck, muscle and joint pain, to stress, depression, headaches and hormone balance to name a few.
